I got to stay in this apartments during their promo sale and it was well worth it. Excellent in all aspects from the location to the room itself!!

"Lovely room and hotel, just a little hard to get cab."

The hotel was lovely and the room was very welcoming, clean and tidy. The only problem I had during my stay was getting a cab in the back street. Not a location where you can simply hale a cab. Cabs would have to be booked in future.

"St Kilda Festival at Novotel"

Stayed for 2012 St Kilda Festival. Awesome location. Spectacular view. Unreal Bed! Roads were closed due to festival so taxi had to drop us off 15 minutes walk away but it was no big deal as there was plenty of action to check out on the way to the hotel. Reception even charged up my iphone for me (no docks in room for ipod/iphone but again not a big deal.

"Impressive - Very Impressive!"

Having stayed here some years back we knew that we would enjoy our stay and the large executive suite we were to say in, although we were gobsmacked by the new decor and the actual size of the room which amounted to a 4.5 room self-contained apartment reeking quality in every way. Being given the only room with a semicircular balcony looking over Flinders Lane on the 10th floor was a bonus. This was no ordinary hotel room.Impressive, Very Impressive!

"One With The Lot"

Just about all aspects of this accommodation were sensational. Booking-in was professional, efficient and friendly. The apartment was excellent: spacious, beautifully presented and welcoming. The kitchen/dining area, with state of the art fittings, had everything you could ever want. Likewise the other spaces were excellent. Large flat screens in both the lounge and bedroom. Large contempory bathroom with an excellent shower. Sleeping was sensational with an excellent large bed, double glazed windows and thick block-out curtains. Although not serviced everyday nothing was too much trouble for Reception should you need anything like fresh bathroom towels. The non-servicing was not an issue. In fact, it made sense. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. We often stay in Melbourne and this was tops.

Thought the apartments had been very thoughtfully renovated. They are in a great location with many restaurants and shops close by. And we were able to open the windows!! Convenient to South Bank and Convention Centre whilst great access to mall and even the gardens were nice and close by.

stayed here many times before but the renovation has made it even better well done, location is close to everything, Love the real modern feel with great furniture and layout, miss the bath but can live with out as its not a shower in the bath now which is much better. having king beds also is good

"Gotta Love Melbourne"

We managed to score this hotel at half price which made it VERY reasonable. The room is decked out in luxury inner city style and gave the impression of space. The decor is modern charcoal tonings with luxe finishes. Kitchen equipment looked good if you wanted to prepare small meal. Location, location. Easy walk to everywhere - fabulous unique boutiques on Flinders Lane and great little alleyways for eating and much loved coffee. The old DFO adjacent to the Spencer St station is not worth shopping. Check out what is on at the various theatres, and walk all of the streets to find more and more groovy little restaurants, pubs, shops etc

we stayed in two suites on the 8th floor, the rooms were a little bit dated but spacious and comfortable. the front desk was always polite and answered all our annoying questions. Great position - easy to walk or get public transport anywhere, both trams and trains being around the corner ( less than 1 min walk )some refurbishments are being started now so we got woken up about 9am by some hammering - served us right for sleeping in :) would definately stay here again good value for the rate
