This IBIS hotel is value for money, and it is ok for a one night stay when travelling by car between the North and the South of the country. The surroudings are not the best but the property itself is very pretty as it has the Moroccan design and furniture of the oldest IBIS hotels in Morocco. It has mostly been great maintained. Rooms and breakfast are ok.Even if there are smoke free zones in the restaurant, it is very difficult to stay in this hotel for a person sensitive to cigarette smoke. The conditions can be terrible in the reception/lobby area. We have stayed in this hotel about 10 times during the last 6 years, and the the experience is the same every time.Parking conditions at the hotel are not very good but thanks to the staff and the "guardian de nuit" it has worked out well every time for us.

Good location for arrival and departure, about equidistant from grand taxi stand and bus station -10dh in a petit taxi or very walkable if you know the way. Close to the souk. The No 4 bus (Agadir has a beautiful new clean bus fleet) goes from behind the souk to near the beach. Hotel food is a bit pricey for my budget. You can get really good cheap meals in central Agadir, check out the restaurants in Place Lacen Tamri -also good pizza joints near the Uniprix supermarket. The bus station does a good breakfast. In fact the bus station does all sorts of good cheap food.
