overall happy during the stay at the hotel. the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. location is great to travel during at paris.

Really close to Gare de L`est station, but a little disorganized and smelly from cigars. Good place to stay if you don't mind you're not really close to main attractions. Nice restaurants around the hotel. Would come back again.

With a special offer from Accor hotel, it is a good value to stay there.The room is good but the bathroom is a bit disappointed.Because the water protection is not good and cause the wet floor.The staffs are very nice and helpful.

great location but shower was broken and there was no shampoo or condioner which i would expect for paying that much. tv didnt turn on but had a good sleep and very good staff who were polite and professional

"Small and simple, nice location"

Well located for a 30 min walk into central paris, or 2 mins from metro station. About 5 mins from Gare De Nord, which runs trains to CDG airport. Rooms were small, but clean with a tv, but no tea/coffee making facilities. No issues with noise, but no view from our room. The local area is great for restaurants, although they are in the main Chinese/pizza/north African as this area contains a lot of foreign migrants. I would definitely recommend to a friend if cost was an issue, and to me it was a good compromise. Did not eat at the restaurant, although food was available. Desk staff did not all speak English very well, but we're extremely helpful at all times.

we where very happy with the location,close to everything we needed.onlydrawback breakfast room in two places,smaller room closed early which meant crossing the street to other building.small problem if raining.breakfast very adequate.staff pleasant and helpful.

We wanted to stay a couple of nights more but were unable due fully booked. Not that helpful in finding alternate accomodations. Lobby area was shoddy but room was nice. I walked into another 3 star hotel in the area and the staff immediately went to work on finding us accomodations which was top notch for a 3 star. It was located near the Bastille called the Classics Hotel. With over 60 hotels in your Paris chain, I would have thought your staf could have attempted to find us accomodations or at least put us on a cancellation list. I did not have my computer or cell phone with me.

Good location for Gare Du Nord, but unfortunately that is where it all ends.Bathroom in need of refurb'. Bedroom cramped. Lift not working, Aircon' not working.Garden dangerous and dreary. general appearance of the hotel was more akin to a third world country rather than one of the worlds capital cities.The one saving grace was the lady incharge of the breakfast room who was charming and very efficient

ibis hotels generally have the same layout, furniture from the ones we visited. Cleanliness and comfort level is ok for the price we are paying for a hotel in Paris. - value for money. Just one comment on the corridor outside the hotel, there was a unpleasant stench we could not stand. But if u are looking for a hotel within the train station vicinity, one of the recommended choices.

i was excited to stay in this hotel, since in the internet it seemed good for the price. as we got there from our long trip from home.. hoping to freshen up and rest awhile, the people in the reception was VERY SLOW & unfriendly. though the location was perfect! near the Metro & a main train station. then as we were to check out, it took us FOREVER because there was only 2 persons knowledgeable at the reception and both were tending to a group that arrived, at which the other would not leave the other and work on my checking out... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would recommend only if you don't mind snobbish & arrogant customer service, as long as you have a good transport system near by. oh and their recording system is hay wire too.. make sure to ask for a receipt or acknowledgement paper when giving a deposit for borrowing their european adaptor or whatever..

In- and outchecking didn't function very well, staffs knowledge in english poor and our knowledge in french the same. They tried to make us pay another 14 euro by checking out, although we had paid our stay in advance.
