Well appointed, great service, free upgrade to Executive Suite and sensational buffet every morning. The hotel is nice and close to Dubai Airport and is connected to a shopping centre as well. It is a slight drive to the new areas of Dubai but still very convenient nontheless.

this is my third stay here at the Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre hotel ,the staff are excellent with perfect fast service with a smile all the time .the location is very good , very clean hotel , perfect service without any lack of time .i love this hotel and will be staying here every time i visit Dubai cause it is a home away from home

"Outstanding Service"

Showing up very early in the morning after a red eye from Europe, the hotel staff walked the extra mile to make my waiting time as pleasureful as possible. Also during the stay almost everybody applied maximum efforts in service. I noticed not only with me but also with other guests a unique level of personalisation in the service approach. I can only recommend this hotel to business travellers that are fed of being just another guest on this day.

nice hotel,excellent location if you want to be in deira Dubai with access to mall. hotel is steps away from the metro station, rooms were clean, excellent breakfast with lots of variety, great service, overall very good hotel, what more could we ask for, good value for money.

"Totally another world..."

I had the pleasure to stay again, after 4 years, at the Pullman Deira City Centre. Previously, I stayed two times and I felt the hotel was not at the classic Pullman level.I booked again after reading that the hotel was recently totally renewed.What a change! Rooms (and especially bathrooms!) have been refurbished to a standard which is now on line with what one expects from a 4/5 stars hotel.Breakfast is superb, with a variety of food which is encompassing other superior hotels. Superlative staff, from housekeeping to the waiters of the executive lounge. Everybody was very attentive, customer-minded. The only negative side, but it is really a detail, it's the health club (sauna and steam): unless you are alone (it was my case), if there is more than 1 person inside either of the saunas, then you better wait outside... dimensions are good for Smurfs! This is not a critic, but a fact...it's really small!I would definitely take into consideration the Pullman again for my future stays in Dubai.

"Perfect hotel for travelling in business"

I was surprised over the generous space, cool style and friendliness of the staff.Hotel is located attached to the Deira city mall which you can enter by simply taking the elevator to level 2. The gym facilities are great for being a hotel, almost like a professional gym with plenty of equipment. Free wi-fi all over the hotel, good food and nice bar open til late.

"Great Location , poor services , over priced"

Excellent location but no more extras to balance with the Hotel Rooms High Rates , they need very long time to match with the other Hotel Chains such as SPG,Hilton, Hyatt ..etc- There is hundreds of hotels in Dubai with half or even third of the price paid to Pullman : larger room , better services and supplies as these are the items which should be considered to balance with the price difference such as : mouth wash , fruit basket , tooth paste, fresh juice on breakfast ... etc

"My First Stay at the Pullman City Centre Diera"

I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions under the previous management . This was my first stay under the Pullman management. Extensive restoration and redecoration was done which gave the hotel a fresher and warmer appeal. Although my stay was short, I enjoyed my stay. The service and the staff attitude at all levels was truly outstanding. Thank you.
