"Excellent for business and pleasure"
9th April 2012, cairo
I always like to stay in this hotel, really the hospitality and quality of staff is outstanding The hotel is near by everything, like shopping, site seeing, walking, eating, transportation
"Good but improvements needed"
3rd April 2012, Kuwait
Dinner - There was no menu options and very limited choice. Room A/C did not work. Water started leaking from the top floor toilet, and though engineering stopped the leak no one cleaned the mess till next morning.
"convenient location"
24th March 2012, Acworth, Georgia, USA
Great location for airport, metro, red line hop on hop off bus and shopping . Very nice breakfast with very attentive staff.Members of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
"Memorable stay"
23rd March 2012
I came from Doha, (where I stayed at the She**ton--very nice), to Dubai to stay at the City Centre Hotel-- what an experience-- in terms of service and making you feel special,(and of course the price), my stay at the City Centre was much better than my Doha experience. I debated if I should write this revue, as if I share this fantastic hotel with others, I fear that prices will go up and services will go down-- but I need to be fair, and in that respect I must share with you that I had a memorable stay. So much so, that I have booked again to stay there in the near future.
"Rundown"
14th March 2012, Mumbai (Bombay), India
I have been staying at this property since 10 years. The last experience was the worst. all rooms are rundown and need upgrading. Toileteries quality has gone down. Dental kits and shivng kits provided were of the atrotious quality. washing machine and dish washer is provided but no soap for the same. Kitchen cabinets broken. Pots and pans inadequate. Something needs to be done. Bed was too soft so first night we cound not sleet and susequent nights we had to put the mattress on the floor to get sleep on 2nd day.

"Fourth Stay This Year"
8th March 2012, Kabul, Afghanistan
They say that familiarity breeds contempt. Well being a creature of habit, I've stayed here four times in the last year as it is close by the country in which I work. This last trip was disappointing. The pool and gym were closed but this wasn't, to my knowledge, advertised on the web site. As I don't party a lot by myself, these were the two big draws for me to stay here, third being the connection to the City Centre Mall. The work around was to use a neighboring hotel. But the gym was smaller and the pool was cold (ground floor and surrounded by tall buildings so sunlight was precious). Nobody swam despite it being 70 to 85 degrees outside. The value of this hotel has degraded over the last year as well. Buying several months out I think I got a decent room for right around $100. The last three times they have probably averaged about $150. Now part of this is because they have supposedly upgraded the rooms. But I don't think the room improvements are that spectacular. But I went in July when it was hot as hell and they were still in the 130-150 range. And renovation has been going on each and every time, drills and hammering audible (although not too intrusive). So I'm not sure if the value is that great, despite the proximity to the airport and the mall.Still the people here are always (and I do mean always) pleasant and service-oriented. They all speak decent English at least and always greet with a smile and a greeting.

"Hotel under construction."
20th February 2012, Dubai
I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. The hotel was under renovation and there was construction noise from 8am through 8pm! One day we wanted to sleep late and it was too noisy that we got out at 9.The staff were very weakly trained from the reception all the way to the breakfast room! The concierge was good and knowledgeable.
"Good, but..."
9th February 2012, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
This is a good hotel, but the double room I booked for was not available. I was given a twin room with the possibility of getting a double room the following day, but I did not think this was an option as I did not go to the hotel to move around everyday until the hotel sorted itself out. Also, I asked for a quiet room, but got a room over looking the main road. Not very good!

"My Experiance with Pullman City Center UAE"
31st January 2012, Alexandria, Egypt
The hotel was Excellent as always as i used to stay their , now under the new management of Pullman chain it's more and more better and also the staff and the whole hotel team are more than friendly and marvelous.
"Standard deteriorated"
7th October 2011, Birmingham, United Kingdom
I know that City Centre Hotel is currently been renovated, but the standard of service offered to guests is poor compared to other 2 and 3 star hotels in Dubai.Loud hammering sound started 7:00 am on Saturday! Food in Restaurant is very basic and lacks quality and variety. Not the usual standard expected of Pullman.
