"Nice and Cozy"

I stay on this hotel only 1 night but I had great time. From outside, the building is like an old building and small, but when you enter into the lobby, it looks wide and cozy place. The receptionist at that time not too friendly, it seem he so busy at that time but still, very helpful. I up graded my room into deluxe room.The room quite big and had all you need to stay in. Minor thing, it only have 1 output of electricity, so I have to share with my hand phone charger and boiled kettle one at the time.The hotel also have middle size clean swimming pool and fitness center. The breakfast also quite nice and there were enough choices of food.The location of the hotel were near business center also for food lover, there were many choices you can go to.I recommend this hotel for place to stay and relax.

Stayed here again recently after a gap of 3 years. (Been staying at Novotel Mangga Dua Sq) The room I stayed in looked to have been renovated recently, with new curtain and LCD TV.My nose is very sensitive to dust and smoke etc, so the 3-star for cleanliness. Sound insulation is par for the course, hearing a bit of the traffic noise.Wifi (slow) is now free, but signal was weak from my room.Staff is courteous, efficient and friendly.

This hotel is very clean, the location is around very busy area. i give average in service anda rooms, nice breakfast. staff hospitality is good. i will recommend this hotel to relatives and friends. But i'm not feel special yet as a member of A-Club, this is my first time using my A-card.

I didn't expect to find the room that big at such reasonable price, esp on new year's eve, not to mention the free wi-fi we get for full time during our stay. The hotel is located in very nice area where many restaurants and street food shops available for you day and night for a wonderful culinary experience. The only issue I had was the very steep stairs on the way to Basement 2 where most of us parked our cars. The restaurant seemed to have wonderful variety of food during their Yum Cha brunch, and price is quite reasonable.

Hotel business in Jakarta Chinatown area, adjacent to Lindeteves Trade Center, close to the nightlife Jakarta. Going to the Grand Indonesia mall is also easy by using TransJakarta buses, bus stop is in front of the hotel.Lobby of the hotel is big but can be styled with more chic and classy favor. Hotel room, although somewhat old-fashioned but clean, free high speed wifi in the room. Small free-form swimming pool on the 3rd floor with a comfortable sunbathing area especially in the sunset time .Breakfast with diverse choices and delicious food.

Free Newspapers - Staff at Reception Counter should check with Guests on what they need.Bathroom materials - Toothbrush with toothpaste to be issued. So is Razor-bladeThe rooms are well kept clean and tidy.Extra pillows should also be provided.

After reading some negative reviews, I don't have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was very clean and comfortable! While toilet was small, my room was spacious. Only gripe was during check out, I was not given priority service as an A-Club member, despite the having a dedicated counter.

Very good hotel, friendly staff - always willing to help, hotel food okay I guess but I loved the breakfast spread. Love the location, easy excess to public transport. Also excellent location for food lovers... there's restaurants everywhere.... You won't go hungry. Stayed at the hotel three times already, I hope my next visit they will install wireless broadband instead of wired. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel.

During i stayed at Mercure i like the service but in service need increase for guest when coming to the hotel... especially, ussually get welcome drink or said welcome to hotel i'm not got it...beside that overall your facility and other have good... the next i will come again to acccord gorup especiaaly to mercure hotel, thank you

I have stayed for about 6 nights on business trip. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. However, the downside is that the toileteries were incomplete....no comb and shaver kit when I checked in on the first day. However, I manage to get those items once I highlighted to the housekeeping. Special thanks to Ms. Riris of the reservations. Though the hotel is quite old, it is close to good spots for entertainments. Need to do renovations.
