Bad attitude as the staff unable to get my room ready on time. As well when i ask for guest amenities, they are not sending to me. The room condition is good and i happy with the room. Just that the staffs of FO and Room Service and HK should improved a lots as ACCOR always give a good service

This is the only hotel I stay at in Jakarta. Best value, convenient and has all the amenities i need. No need to spend more money for a 5 star hotel. I sleep just fine here! The staff know me by name, the security is great and the gym and pool is more than adequate for a short stay.

Stayed for only one night because of a reservation mix-up. Here are my likes and dislikes:Likes:- good location in North Jakarta; not great because there is a lot of noisy traffic right outside. From the front doors you get a good idea of how busy Jakarta can really be.- great service and the front desk recommended a fantastic Indonesia restaurant just across the street called Sotee- room was clean and looked impressiveDislikes:- the biggest shocker was finding a filthy hand towel that seemed to be stained with shoe polish and dirt- next shocker was finding only one electrical outlet or power point. Strangely enough, this was one of those British designs.- business center was still using computers with Win XP. - bed was very softOverall, I would probably stay again.

I stay on this hotel only 1 night but I had great time. From outside, the building is like an old building and small, but when you enter into the lobby, it looks wide and cozy place. The receptionist at that time not too friendly, it seem he so busy at that time but still, very helpful. I up graded my room into deluxe room.The room quite big and had all you need to stay in. Minor thing, it only have 1 output of electricity, so I have to share with my hand phone charger and boiled kettle one at the time.The hotel also have middle size clean swimming pool and fitness center. The breakfast also quite nice and there were enough choices of food.The location of the hotel were near business center also for food lover, there were many choices you can go to.I recommend this hotel for place to stay and relax.

Stayed here again recently after a gap of 3 years. (Been staying at Novotel Mangga Dua Sq) The room I stayed in looked to have been renovated recently, with new curtain and LCD TV.My nose is very sensitive to dust and smoke etc, so the 3-star for cleanliness. Sound insulation is par for the course, hearing a bit of the traffic noise.Wifi (slow) is now free, but signal was weak from my room.Staff is courteous, efficient and friendly.
