Rooms are very small. No room for a 2nd chair. Bathroom supplies are almost non existent. TV programs need to be up dated. Bedding is quite comfortable.Restaurant,food and breakfast are plenty full and good.
My room are located opposite to the backyard but still hear a lot of traffic noise, I can also hear people talking in the next room even I close all the window! Moreover, the room is having a very strange smell. Also there are many ants walking all around.

This hotel is in a good location, just a short tram ride out of the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free parking on site, which is definitely a positive. We ate at the restaurant one night. It doesn't look like much, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and generous portions. The only downside was that we were in a smoking room. I hadn't specified non smoking in the booking, it never occurred to me, as I've never been in a smoking room and I've stayed in a lot if hotels around the world. It was foul and the room absolutely stank. Given all of the hallways stank of cigarette smoke as well, I'm not sure having a non smoking room would have helped. We would have asked to change, but by the time we realised the mistake (rather than the previous occupants smoking wrongly, which was my first assumption) we'd unpacked. Otherwise our stay was okay, although this did have a fairly major impact on our enjoyment (and our lungs...)

Stopped at this hotel with my wife Son and his partner on our way to the Italian lakes, Quite well priced for the location and very convenient for our onward journey. Staff were very helpful, rooms were simple, comfortable, clean and functional. spent the evening in the hotel restaurant (called Boom?), pleasant environment that seemed to be popular with locals as well. Did not have breakfast here. No complaints
During the first few days it was very hot. Unfortunately there was no airconditioning.The staff suggested that we take a cooler room that solved the problem. One of the stuffed animals of my daughter disappeared after room service. Dd despite the help of your staff we were unable to find it again.Finally the hotel restaurant was able to provide a glutenfree meal for my daughter.

Everythinhg was ok with this hotel, good place for commuting the main town, free parking, restaurant Boom and it's staff was very cozy and at very good service. There was one concern that on the 3d day free wifi was not working properly, otherwise no complains.
Nice Hotel staff always friendly Basic but what one would expect for the price, which is lower than most hotels in this area. 24 hour service makes it a true business hotel and location is just off the main high way However the shower cubical was ridiculous with 2 separate curtains that keep blowing in against you due to no bottom weights and very small size of shower tray and because of 2 curtains not one long one the bath room floor gets very wet and has no floor drain. makes mornings very tiresome.

Very good location, very easy access to Zurich center (20 min by public transport). Friendly and helpful people in reception. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good value for money. Comfortable bed...

Hi, would like to say ont thing about the payment. We have booked a room for a 2 Ad + 1 child for a 80 euro ( +-) thrue the web-page, using and giving all our details ( as a client of Accor hotels) and credit card number and phone e.t.c And we had a check-in at 22 o'clock, and receptionist told us that our room Sold already! ( as looks like we had not give them a guarantee for the late comming) In real i had this 1st time for all yaers, as i am always using Accor hotels and Ibis usually. Good that was one more free room but not so wide, and helper offers us an additional bed for a child. But for this room receptionist charged from us about 90 or so on euro! As told that she can not able to give us the price as on the web-page, but only currently price wich are on the Desk. Strange it, at least for the Accor client they can give the same price, also they can send sms with request to confirm our check-in or so on. Anyway was Ok, just a case with payment -( PS. hotel has another standart of "schteckdose" ( it was impossible to connect my Laptop, phone-charger, Tab-charger), but the right connector you can ask on the reception, they have it and it id free of charge. At all personal was very friendly!

Regarding your reservation I have found out the following: Indeed your booking via accor was a non-guaranteed booking, which is cancelled automatically at 7 p.m. In order to avoid this you can indicate your creditcard number in the reservation (accor leClub card is unfortunately not eligible for the guarantee). I am also happy to tell you that the price you have paid with us was excatly the same as on your initial booking. The difference is only the currency. You calculated in Euro ~80.00 and we calculate in Swiss Francs: 99.00. I am very sorry that the front office employee could not clarify this misunderstanding on spot.
