The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. We had a seaview room which was extremely quiet. the initial booking procedure was rushed and we did not receive the full information required. However we later attended reception and spoke to a different receptionist who was brilliant an took the time to explain the general area - pointing out all the details on the map ( unfortunately I cannot remember her name ) The bar is lovely and again has great views but it needs more than one bartender especially hen you get large group in wanting mixed drinks or cocktails - as the barman, quite rightly, takes his time preparing them correctly which can lead to longer than needed waiting times. There is adequate free parking but unfortunately some clientele do not understand the fact that you only use one space.

I staid 2 times in your hotel. Last time was in 2021. It has always been average. Decided to try it again because of the beautiful location. Booked a privilège room in order to get the new one. Well, that didn't happen. I don't think it is normal putting platinum members in a room I got. Old, small, not fresh and small. Not even with the nicest view.

Beautiful location in historic building. The views are amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great with helping meet any need we had. My only complaint was the restaurant was a bit pricey for what you received but but hey you have to pay for the convenience

The hotel was nice but it had a number of fussy rules - no food service in the lounge but only in a small bar ? Why ? I wanted to make a complaint about the way I was treated being a diamond member - all I got was a shrug of the shoulders - there was no manager on site so I took it up with Ion whine I was told was the manager by e mail and got the same tough - take it or leave it approach - this is really poor customer management and reflects badly on the brand

Great view from the hotel on the city. Confortable and quiet rooms. Access to the hotel is only by car. In case you want to go to town you need to walk 1h or go to a nearest bus station 10 min walk from the hotel, every 30/40 minutes ride. The fonicular is not working for unknown reason and no information when it will be repared.
