"Systems let us down."
28th February 2013, NAGA51, Perth, Australia
Arrived with 7 prepaid booking confirmations for 2 bedroom units but there wasonly 6. After initial denial that we had booked 7 they provided a 3 beroom apartment for the missing unit.Chinese New Year special included breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant did not have these details and number of breakfast vouchers allocated to each room was unknown and did not align with the persons actually staying there. One guest was required to pay at till for breakfast. On check-out required to pay for another 2 rooms even though credit card was meant to have been charged at time of booking (given reduced non-canceable rate) and the vouchers indicated paid. Waiting for credit card statements now to check.Otherwise pleaseant facilities for group golfing weekend.
"Vines Resort WA"

Room was VERY musty when we walked in and the smell did not go away. The bathroom looked tired and needed going over, towels hard and scratchy. Outside doors had cobwebs and dirt in opening. For a supposedly 4 star hotel needs bit of work

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vines. Easy access to the airport and excellent facilities. we enjoyed dinner and the recreation facilities and were assissted with local ammenities. The hotel helped with our late arrival.

Our stay was excellent, however the restaurant was overpriced and pony new age meals that looked good but had no vegetables. Extremely disappointing will not recommend restaurant to anyone.I cant think of anything more to say but iot is very annoying that I am unable to exit without putting in more words.
"A nice break if you can get it at the right price"
8th January 2013, fmacca, Perth
We spent two nights here for a small break as a family. We got the room at a great price of $100 per night so it was excellent value. However if I had paid the regular price (approx $220 per night) I would have been quite disappointed. The rooms are very spacious however in serious need of an upgrade. There was mould on the tiles in the bathroom and the shower head basically dripped out water so it was hard to get wet. The balcony view was lovely (over the pool) but hard to enjoy because the wooden deck and balcony were very loose. The pool was nice but the pool bar/cafe is only open Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The restaurant was nice and catered to kids nicely. There isn't much to do if you're not a golfer but that's what we wanted, just to relax. I would go back but I think I'll wait for the upgrade which is supposed to be happening sometime soon.
"2 day getaway"
1st January 2013, 2rgt, Perth, Australia
The hotel room is getting a little tired and could do with a make over. Bed was excellent - the most comfortable we've had in a hotel. The public areas and gardens were very nice. The daily cleaning of the room was quite lacks in our 2 night stay we didn't get the room cleaned even though we had the sign on the door. Food was very nice but quite expensive. Friendly front desk staff although as read in previous comments on check out they tried to charge me for a night I had prepaid before arriving, but the problem was sorted out, although I don't think this was very professional.
"Needs updating"
4th December 2012, Localperth, Perth
Apartments are quite tired and need updating. Hotel is well placed for attending functions in the swan valley but is expensive for what you get. Reception service was prompt. Apartments are furnished with all necessary items.
