"We want more"

We booked three days for this hotel and and wanting to extend to the fourth day, We are told during the holiday there were no rooms, how disappointing, I must say the hotel helped to provide comfort and refuge especially for the first timer for us in Paris where people only speak French. Walking distance to Vaugirard station, foods a plenty around, convenience store are everywhere like Carefour. Breakfast is the best we ever tasted.Downside is a little pricey but for a family we cannot complaint.

Very well situated for business or leisure, good WiFi without charge. Rooms are bigger then average. Windows can be opened which is very much appreciated.

"Good hotel if you don't expect to be close to tourist attractions"

The hotel is situated in the 15th arrondissement, which has neither many tourist attractions nor tourists. If this doesn't bother you (or you like to be in an area where "normal" Parisiens live), it is a fine 3.5 star hotel. For location, go for the Novotel Les Halles instead. It is very close to the metro station (M12), but you usually have to take a connection, so be prepared for a ride. In the hotel, enjoy the view from 7th floor.

"Paris in 5 Days"

I would have to say that this hotel was very well located close to the Metro system. Vaugiraud Metro was only 50 metres from the hotel and using and accessing the metro system around Paris was very easy. My nephew and neice - both teenagers loved the breakfast buffet at the hotel and went crazy on the breads and sweets. The dinner menu was also pretty good and in some ways cheaper to eating out in Paris itself. Meals were reasonably priced and for 17.90 Euros(an option one could choose on the menu) one could choose to have an entree and main or a main and dessert.In a previous review someone had complained of works happening outside the hotel early in the morning rooms not being sound proofed from the outside. This is not something we had experienced. All in all a very enjoyable stay and trip!

We found the hotel staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms were fair size for Paris.They had excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms were well made every day and it was clean.It was near the Metro and near lots of places to eat. It was an excellent choice. We would recommend it to all our family and friends.

We have visited this hotel 5 times in recent years and this speaks for itself. Its location is ideal i.e. most places you want to visit are within walking distance (max 40-60 min), the Metro station is about 2 min away and yet it is not in a very busy area (except for rush-hours) The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are efficient and professional while remaining friendly. Breakfasts are excellent. Bedrooms (we use superior since it has a setee) are comfortable. Our single complaint applies only when weather is hot i.e. the 'air-conditioning' is poor and this led to unconcomfortable nights. All in all we have no reservations about recommending this hotel

"not a 4 star hotel"

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a metro stop and several supermarkets. The room was good, clean and with a kettle to make tea and coffee. Unfortunately, there was a door connecting it to another one and we could hear our neighbour snore! As we were on the first floor, we could also hear the metro trains arrive. The service in the restaurant was terrible and the food was average, so we ended up having our dinners in the cafes nearby. The wi-fi did not work in our room, but it worked fine the minute we were in the corridor. This is a good hotel, but does not deserve the 4 star rating.

"Exceeded expectations"

The great service started with the email assistance that I received from the hotel team prior to our stay. We found the hotel service team to be helpful and cheerful during our stay, as an example I asked to use a couple of wine glasses from the bar and was offered an ice bucket which they filled with ice for me. The service team helped us recharge our phone credit, find restaurants and arrange transport, all with a smile.The rooms were basic but clean and the view of the Eiffel tower from our second room (we stayed twice) was a fantastic surprise. The hotel location was great, close to amenities and transport. I'd happily stay here again.

"2 nights in Paris"

A Nice Novotel hotel, but they very so busy doing other things it took forever to check in.Breakfast was boring being used to the breakfast buffet in Germany ... The parking was 44 € for 2 nights... There are the most perfect bar vueing the Eiffeltower very nice at night time.

"Decent value, good location"

We recently stayed at this hotel. It welcomes you with a spacious lobby with bar and check-in desks. Room was decent, doublebed plus sofa. It was facing busy street but we kept windows closed so no trouble there.Great location, quiet with local cafes/restaurants, but only 20 mins walk from Eiffel Tower.Only downer was that hotel was advertised with a roof top bar, which was actually closed when we stayed there...

The price/quality ratio is not good at all - same quality as an IBIS, but prices from Novotel....I leave abroad and took the habit of accor, got their Aclub stuff and all - after 18month..forget it...
