"Average hotel, maybe a bit overpriced"

This was our first trip to the check republic, so we didn't know what to expect of 3 star hotels there.The room was pretty basic decor-wise, but was quite roomy, clean, and all the facilities apart from the TV were in good condition (which was a 20'' CRT TV, and wasn't working).The room did not include a kettle+coffee+tea, and these cost us 3 euros per night.The staff were not particularily friendly and helpful.The selection in the breakfast buffet was also pretty basic.The location of the hotel is good.When comparing it to 3 star hotels in other countries I've been to (Germany, Belgium), it ranks a bit below average, and I therefore believe it is a bit overpriced, but it was not a bad experience.

too old and you feel it - specially at bathroom. Old TV, old laminate floor. close to metro and few class restaurants around hotel. I did not eat there at the hotel so no comments about it. freindly reception

"Hotel needs update good value for money"

Hotel is located a short tram ride or train ride into the centre of Prague. Making it a great location. The hotel is a little dated and could do with new carpet. Staff were very helpful . Parking is offered off street at a charge per day but spots on the street are easily found as there are no restrictions.

Hotel has good professional and friendly staff, and it is a clean hotel, but old worn-out bed mattress! Should be replaced, because this is an important hotel feature for a traveller. I will recommend it to friends anyway. best regards.

"Too short stay"

The reservation of the hotel was quick and also the responce was fast, an additional offer was made to pick me up from the airport and I appreciated this service. Since I was by car it was not neccessarly. The hotel was close to the city centre and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Good location, on walking distance to Center, and near metro and tram. Quite place. Expensive expensive car parking. Free WiFi only at reception and first two floor. Very, very good service, personal and cleanlines.

"Poor Service Quality"

The oevrall rating is poor. The room condition is a bit worn off as compared to other ibis hotels.There is no wifi above 2nd floor and the computers in the business corner are old and poor condition. The cleaner has forgotten to provide shower gel after cleaning.
