"Good hotel"

Everything is good except that there is no toothpaste in the bathroom. The receptions are not friendly and helpful enough.

The Ibis hotel in St. Denis next to the Stade de France is okay. It has seen better days and it seems as not a lot of maintainance have been done since my first stay in 2003. I've stayed there several times, but am not sure I will do again. It's not a bad hotel, but price vs. quality no longer matches as it used to.

nice hotel for the city trip we planned , good bed and breakfastlunch was ok. location for us was perfect in the north of Paris only 3,5 hours drive and accessible. metro station in 10 minutes by foot.

Comfortable, good food.Just one little problem : the hotel is difficult to reach from the other side of the road, where my navigation system told me I had reached destination... They should indicate on the web page where it is allowed to make a U-turn.

Stayed here for three nights for business in St Denis. The staff were increadibly helpful and good humoured. The free internet access meant I could do lots of work. However, the rooms were tired and grubby (grimy shower curtain, dirt around ventialtion). I was alarmed to find an adjoining door to the next room that didn't lock but was held at bay by a saftey latch (meaning somebody could open it about 3 inches). Restaurant food was not awful but seemed mostly frozen / microwaved (but then I was eating the cheaper options). The hotel is on a busy road, the area around is deserted at night and the hotel is very near a motorway which means that to get to the Stade and RER station La Plaine St Denis which is 15 minutes walk away, it requires crossing some very busy (and quite frightening) motorway slip roads.

The reception was very helpful.You may want to keep adapters suitable for wireless.The one on the hair dryer could be used for mobile charging.You may improve the quality of toilet paper.The breakfast did not have sufficient choice.More value could be offered for the amount paid.
