room was pristine on arrival. Had to remove own rubbish/service room for duration of stay each day unless I put out door hanger to have room serviced. was a nice surprise when room was clean without putting hanger out. shower head needs a look at and plumbing/drainage issues

No Hot Water

Hi team, During my 2 night stay, there was no hot water for the showers in my block. Informed reception and still was not rectified the second night. Also recommend checking Accor memberships to ensure that all benefits are present at time of reception instead of having to ask all the time. Thanks.

The property lobby is fine, the room quality is below ibis standard. May be it is too old. Front desk forgot/ didn't mentioned my room come with breakfast upon check in. Luckily on checkout the front desk lady informed me.
