We stayed at this facility twice, 5 days on our way to Broome and one day on our way to Katherine. Very nice facility, we very much enjoyed our room upgrade. Reception was most helpful and friendly. The Bistro offers excellent food and quick friendly service. The facility is fully gated which gives peace of mind. The grounds are nice and tropical, excellent to enjoy a drink and relax. We go there again.
Dear "861rolfs", Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it's fantastic to see you have had such an enjoyable stay on both your visits. Our Chef and restaurant team do a wonderful job and we have received a lot of positive comments about the upgraded garden and outside areas. I hope we can welcome you back again when you are next passing through. Sincerely, Ryan

Needed to have a overnight stay in Kununurra, chose Ibis due to location and price. Customer service when booking in was very good, room was spacious, cleaned, quiet with car parking out front. Good value.

View from outside was very deceiving. It looked as though it may not be up to standard. On the inside it was everything that we required. Good quiet rooms in a secure environment. Restaurant was excellent. Would recommend it to anyone.
Dear Russell_C, Thank you for taking the time to review ibis Styles Kununurra. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and I will share your comments regarding the restaurant with our service and kitchen teams. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Regards, Ryan F
Kununurra is a small place and the hot; has a fence running around it to keep petty thieves away in the night.. Initially I felt quite unsafe but just had to chill. The staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are 1960's and I suppose may soon benefit from some upgrade. There are better places to stay but the cost doubles.hay for a few days!
Dear Matthew L, Thank you for taking the time to review the ibis Styles Kununurra. Service is most certainly our top priority so it's very pleasing to hear you were well looked after by all of the team and found your stay to be great value for Money. Unfortunately Kununurra can be home to opportunistic thieves which is why we have our gate locked at night time for the safety and security of our guests. This is not a option for all accommodation providers in Kununurra and is one of the many reasons our return guests choose us. I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay when you next visit. Sincerely, Ryan F
Staff friendly and courteous. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent food and service at restaurant. Butter chicken curry was delicious. My husband and I shared this. Impressed brought out in 2 seperate bowls.
We stayed here 4 nights en route Brisbane to Broome and then another 2 nights on return journey. We had very comfortable and spacious room in the centre of the complex close to the pool, so very quiet. Staff all very helpful and accomodating. We stayed at several Ibis Styles (formerly All Seasons) on this trip and some are in need of a renovation - this is one of the better ones
Dear Mccorquinn, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at ibis Styles Kununurra. It is was great to hear you enjoyed our meals, especially the apple crumble. At the time you stayed, our mango tree was flowering dropping a lot of seeds, this resulted in you noticing our pathways were covered in debris. Our gardens receive alot of praise from many guests, they are maintained regulary, and more airy and light, than dark and damp. We were awaiting a part to fix the telephone issue, my apologies for the misunderstanding. Regards
We were made to feel genuine welcome. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The hotel manager Shaun was extremely helpful and we have far better service than we experienced in some very well know hotel in Europe.
Dear Michael Q, Thanks for taking the time to post your review of ibis Styles Kununurra. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the service and the hotel, the Team and I hope you enjoy the future travels you have planned, and of course we hope to see you back again. Regards
Our room had a musty smell. We had a luke warm shower the first night and a cold shower the next morning. The girl at the front desk was must apologetic. We ate at the restaurant the first night but unfortunately the food was not the best. Tables were not cleared and we found the same to be at breakfast
Dear Spike123656, Thank you for taking the time to post your review of ibis Styles Kununurra. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. It seems the days you stayed with us, we encountered unseasonally cloudy weather for this time of year over 2 days, that inhibited our solar hot water systems working to their full capacity. I am working with our engineering team to find a solution for this. I have also shared your comments about the Food and Beverage offering with the team. I am sorry you found the service not to a level you expected. We have addressed your concerns with the team, and have already seen improvements. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Regards
The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, welcoming staff and is a short walk to town or to a picturesque lagoon which is home to a myriad of birds. The pastries for breakfast were excellent one day and burnt the next. At dinner the barramundi was very good. The pool was set in a lush garden but was closed. The rooms were very ordinary and ours had no view but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is set in a lush tropical garden but was still closed, a disappointment for guests.
Dear Hawdownunder, Thanks for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us ibis Styles Kununurra. Our pool was undergoing some urgent repairs, which unfortuneatly caused our guests to miss out. It is now open again. Our courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, and relax the day away. I apologise for the burnt pastries, these should have never been placed on the breakfast buffet. All of our accomodation rooms are located on the ground floor, spread over a large area, which does inhibit views from rooms. The team and I do hope to welcome you back again soon.
This was a business trip at short notice during a high season period. I found the rate very economical & service was great. Food was good & staff were friendly. I found the airport shuttle very convenient. Rooms were adequate, size-able & bed up to 'Ibis' standard.
Dear droyd59, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of ibis Styles Kununurra. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Our guest do enjoy the complimentary airport transfers, they make the start and end of your stay hassle free. We look forward to welcoming you back sson.
Nice pleasant stay. Rooms are good and having a swim in the pool was refreshing. Great value for money and including a continental breakfast was a nice extra. Had some heavy rain but no leaks or problems during this.
The service was good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.Although we could not get the main dish requested the chef was very accommodating.Rooms were average but clean and comfortable. Good location. A good place top unwind and break the travelling
Dear Credlin, Thanks for your review of ibis Styles Kununurra, I apologise that you could not get the menu item you wanted whilst dining in our restaurant. We hope you will stop in again when you are next travelling through Kununurra. Regards
A great place to stay. Friendly staff and good rooms. Good food in the restaraunt as well. Very close to everything in town. A refreshing stop after a long drive. This is the only place I stay in Kununurra.
Comfortable enough without being anything special. Had 2 dinner meals there, first one was a steak and salad dish where the quality of the steak was appalling, second was a parmigiana which was only minimally better. Staff had no idea how to handle this, so just let it go. Ate out the rest of the time, close to a variety of other eat out venues which is handy.
Dear itas1504, Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at ibis Styles Kununurra. Our menus have been changed to reflect the local produce. The issue with the steaks has been rectified and will not occur again. We hope you join us again in the future.
