ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 3.0 out of 5 stars "All Seasons - Kununurra"

10th January 2013, bryan_bannon, Derby, WA 6728

My stay at the All Seasons was very pleasant with the staff very helpful. I believe the staff is a very important component of accommodation venues. The staff and especially the receptionist were very focussed on making my stay pleasureable.

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 4.0 out of 5 stars "All Seasons Kununurra"

18th November 2012, grain245, Halls Creek, Australia

The Superior room was very nice and the air conditioner worked well. Everything was clean, but unfortunately there were a few very noticable stains on the bed linen. I have stayed here many times and the rooms are clean and tidy. Food is excellent, I had the best tasting Surf'n'Turf I have ever had. But if its a quiet night, don't show up 15 min before the kitchen closes expecting the same quality.Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay. I will continue to stay there in the future.

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 3.0 out of 5 stars "OK value"

3rd October 2012, Dubbo, Australia

The All Seasons Kununurra is a reasonable hotel to stay at but I was disappointed that the breakfast delivery was very variable with no fresh fruit and tinned fruit and yoghurt there intermittently. There was a general state of uncertainty. The staff seemed to be trying to do multiple jobs at once and the service suffered a little.I would stay there again but disappointed that the standards were variable.Early morning activities/departures by other guests was annoying on two mornings as cars are parked randomly (not designated for your room) and close to room windows!

Management responseHi,Thanks for the feedback! We have worked on the breakfast and alot of training since your stay and are getting some great reviews. I think you will be pleased with what we have on offer. We are looking at the parking around the hotel to see if we can improve the experience. We now ask people to park as close to their rooms as possible to try and avoid the 4WD noise that comes with the Kimberley region. We look forward to having you stay again soon! Thanks for the reviewJason Buckton

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Overnighter"

12th July 2012, Perth, Australia

I was pleaseantly surprised that when I arrived I had been upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately for me I was very tired and just needed to sleep. The bed was comfy and very peaceful. I understand that the Motel is undergoing refurbishment and if this is true I can only hope that the bathrooms are brought into the 21st century. The bathroom I was in had broken tiles and the shower/bath recess either needed a good clean or new grout. When I realised I had a bath I may have used it if it looked a bit more inviting. Love staying there though as the staff are always friendly and accomodating.

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Broome to Darwin trip"

11th October 2011, Brisbane, Australia

We had a brief but enjoyable stay at Kununarra. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bathroom is a little outdated. The meals were good. The hotel is a liitle out of town (can still walk) but is close to parks. Will go back next time we visit.

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Stopover"

7th October 2011, Perth, Australia

My visit was a stopover to catch a plane the following day. I found the room to be clean and fresh. The room numbers are very visible and therefore easy to locate,. The staff are friendly and attentive and eager to help. This visit I found my bed quite lumpy and uncomfortable so I jumped into the single bed and had a great nights sleep. I have stayed here before and not had the bed issues of this time. Will stay there again as it is convenient, economical and a friendly place to stay.

ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Mostly okay"

18th September 2011, Darwin, Australia

Dissappointed that when I stepped out of the shower the only thing I had to dry myself was a bath mat. When I rang reception they promptly provided me with towels which was great but a bit embarrasing trying to get handed the towels through the doorway whilst still wet and not dressed.

View management response »

Management responseThank you for your review. Unfortunately it seemes that on the day you arrived the housekeepers forgot to put towels into you room. My sincere apologies for this. I have followed your comments up with housekeeping in an effort to improve our level of service to our guests.I am glad we were able to rectify this issue for you straight away. ibis Styles Kununurra (previously all seasons): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Expensive...but then that's Kununurra"

12th September 2011, Dimaryem, Perth, Western Australia

All Seasons covered the basics reasonably well. It's overpriced though, but so are most services in Kununurra. The TV gave off a vibrating sound, even at low volume. Our room (512) was located near the hotel's laundry so although the room provided a dark and quiet sleping environment overnight, we woke earlier than we wanted to the sounds of staff chatting.

Management responseHi,Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We have looked into the TV in your room and subsequently replaced it. I have also discussed your comments regarding noise from the housekeeping staff and they have assured me this will not happen again. I look forward to welcoming you back to All Seasons should you choose to stay with us on your next visit to KununurraKind RegardsJason BucktonGeneral Manager
