Pleasant surrounding with a good size pool. Big rooms. Secure parking with locked yard. Walking distance to town center. Free fox tel and movie channels in room. good experience. we enjoyed our stay

all seasons Kununurra: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Broome to Darwin trip"

11th October 2011, Brisbane, Australia

We had a brief but enjoyable stay at Kununarra. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bathroom is a little outdated. The meals were good. The hotel is a liitle out of town (can still walk) but is close to parks. Will go back next time we visit.

all seasons Kununurra: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Stopover"

7th October 2011, Perth, Australia

My visit was a stopover to catch a plane the following day. I found the room to be clean and fresh. The room numbers are very visible and therefore easy to locate,. The staff are friendly and attentive and eager to help. This visit I found my bed quite lumpy and uncomfortable so I jumped into the single bed and had a great nights sleep. I have stayed here before and not had the bed issues of this time. Will stay there again as it is convenient, economical and a friendly place to stay.

all seasons Kununurra: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Mostly okay"

18th September 2011, Darwin, Australia

Dissappointed that when I stepped out of the shower the only thing I had to dry myself was a bath mat. When I rang reception they promptly provided me with towels which was great but a bit embarrasing trying to get handed the towels through the doorway whilst still wet and not dressed.

I have followed your comments up with housekeeping in an effort to improve our level of service to our guests.I am glad we were able to rectify this issue for you straight away. all seasons Kununurra: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Expensive...but then that's Kununurra"

12th September 2011, Dimaryem, Perth, Western Australia

All Seasons covered the basics reasonably well. It's overpriced though, but so are most services in Kununurra. The TV gave off a vibrating sound, even at low volume. Our room (512) was located near the hotel's laundry so although the room provided a dark and quiet sleping environment overnight, we woke earlier than we wanted to the sounds of staff chatting.

Management responseHi,Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We have looked into the TV in your room and subsequently replaced it. I have also discussed your comments regarding noise from the housekeeping staff and they have assured me this will not happen again. I look forward to welcoming you back to All Seasons should you choose to stay with us on your next visit to KununurraKind RegardsJason BucktonGeneral Manager
