"Little disappointing"

It was a good value for the price (nice, spacious room), but also a little disappointing. According to reservation info on Accor's website: "Privilege Rooms for more comfort: (..), 1 bottle of water, coffee/tea and daily newspaper free of charge in the room. WIFI" - none of this was true...

Stayed only one night but experienced a nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean and big room and a wellkept wellnessarea on topfloor. That´s value for money! We can, without hesitation, recommend this hotel to every Berlintourist even though it is a little away from citycenter. Closest U-bahnstation is just around the corner!

Located South of the city centre, this hotel was ideally suited for what we needed. Hotel breakfast was quite expensive so we bought the necessary in a nearby supermarket instead. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy access from Schoenfeld Airport on the S45 overground train and a short walk. Great access to main sites via underground!

I spent a weekend with my family in Berlin and we have chosen this hotel as it is close to my friend's place. It is not in very nice area but you get very good value for money. I will use the hotel again next time I am in Berlin.

Now - why do you get a double bed, with a tiny duvet and tiny pillow, neatly folded up on a bare bed? Flurorescent lights in the halls that come on automatically when you walk along and make you feel like you're in some kind of school retreat? While most of the staff was very friendly, some were outright rude. The location is pretty horrible, I was there for the conference center nearby, but wished I'd stayed in a nicer part of Berlin - you really wouldn't want to be here if you come for a short break/holiday.
