"Complete Satisfaction"

As above.Disappointed with my dinner at the restaurant. The service was very good, but the chef was not happy with me requesting my meat to be well done and showed his disapproval. The vegetables were terrible. Admittedly it was partially my fault for asking for well done meat. Otherwise my stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

"Great place to stay"

First off, the location was very handy to main CBD,easy to find, Reception was first rate with very helpful staff...room was well set up and very well serviced (bed a little hard but we are used to a water bed.) restaurant was well run and service very good..all round, a very enjoyable stay.

Online booking was easy. The hotel could do with a refurbish - Lobby is good but the lift and carpets all need replacing. Beds were comfortable enough. Overall good stay. Cooked Brekky was great value :)

Great location. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was reasonable. There was toast with couple jams,Fruit salad and also many cereals to choose from.The room is pretty big, there was work desk, big lcd tv..

this is a great hotel though it is a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of updating it is centraly located within walking distance to the town.The restaurant is great with fabulous meals .THe office staff were also very helpful.

Hotel well situated @ quiet top end of town, within easy walking distance of shops, tourist info etc. Reception staff welcoming & friendly as were house-keeping staff.. Had taken advantage of Accor hotel special offer 50% off room rate inc continental b'fast. Were assigned large room on 1st floor with balcony overlooking car park which didn't bother us as there are no spectacular views in Kalgoorlie CBD. Bathroom was a bit squeezy; had to close door to open shower door. Showers efficient with plenty of hot water. Would have appreciated larger towels, usual basic toiletries supplied, including face towels. Wi-Fi & internet connection available in room , which I think started around A$6.00 per half hr.Continental b'fast the usual poor showing of WA country fare, stewed or tinned fruit, cereals, yoghourt, teas, coffee & toast Jams etc. Only white toast & no sign of the muffins or wholemeal bread which was on the menu, if you wanted it you had to ask as they seemed to be in rationed. Perhaps they kept them for the mine workers who stayed in the motel. However @ $11.00 a head we could not expect more ie perhaps a danish pastry or muffin even.Husband had cooked b'fast on one morning, fried eggs were fine but food in bain marie could have been hotter. If your just looking for a bed for two or three nights this is all in all a good basic hotel, value for money, will likely stay there again. Have eaten before in the restaurant for dinner, which was fine, nothing to write home about. However, have heard if you are looking for a good curry in Kalgoorlie this is the place to go to.

Travelling to Kalgoorlie for a conference I booked through my A Club membership who was running a 50% discount for a given period. My three nights were very reasonably priced and the whilst the hotel was full it was quiet, clean and comfortable with wifi seemingly throughout. It is the top end of the town but well within tourist sites and the main shopping street.

Was a wonderful day at a fantastic hotel! Staff very friendly and always willing to help out when they could. And were very understanding when we needed to extend our stay due to family member becoming ill. An awesome hotel and will certainly be staying there again

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and have always received a clean well appointed room. The hotel has good friendly staff and the bar and restaurant offer quality service. I will definatley be staying at this hotel again, it is well located in Kalgoorlie and is always good value for money.

Overall, very good venue to stay and close to business centre.However, evening meals are becoming very expensive compared to other food and diining outlets. $38.50 is a bit rich for a simple Pork spare ribs or whatever.Whether we are members of a club or not is inmaterial when it comes to food.Otherwise,as previously stated, a very good venue.

"Peaceful Quiet Hotel in Peaceful City"

Hotel is located near the city centre, less than 1km, walking distance to Kalgoorlie city centre.. 5-10 minutes from Airport and Train Station. Room and bathroom are pretty spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average but acceptable, not many choices, but is good enough. Service is excellent, efficient check-in and check-out process. The reception is very helpful and friendly, when we asked whether we can buy the magazine at the lobby, they gave us the copy free of charge..Overall it is a peaceful hotel in the peaceful city in Kalgoorlie....
