Overall, very good venue to stay and close to business centre.However, evening meals are becoming very expensive compared to other food and diining outlets. $38.50 is a bit rich for a simple Pork spare ribs or whatever.Whether we are members of a club or not is inmaterial when it comes to food.Otherwise,as previously stated, a very good venue.

Good central location, helpful staff and comfortable bed with all the necessary in-room facilities. With breakfast included in the tarrif and a very good restaurant, this is definitely my choice for further visits to Kalgoorlie

"Peaceful Quiet Hotel in Peaceful City"

Hotel is located near the city centre, less than 1km, walking distance to Kalgoorlie city centre.. 5-10 minutes from Airport and Train Station. Room and bathroom are pretty spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average but acceptable, not many choices, but is good enough. Service is excellent, efficient check-in and check-out process. The reception is very helpful and friendly, when we asked whether we can buy the magazine at the lobby, they gave us the copy free of charge..Overall it is a peaceful hotel in the peaceful city in Kalgoorlie....

The location is convenient to the city centre of Kalgoorlie and the service was good. Some parts of the establishment are looking a little tired and stained but clean. All around would recommend it for its location.

Quite a nice hotel for Kalgoorlie, the food is reasonable and the rooms are OK. I was a bit disappointed that there is no gym, and the offer of a visit to another about 5 minutes drive away didn't really work for me.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance for all city attractions and with easy acess to others. Overall the staff were friendly and the room comfortable. There were two key things that bought the experience down. The first was a very very very noisy fan in the unsuite bathroom - it was next to the bed and came on when the light was turned on. The second was the quality of the restraunt - the food was over priced and was not up to the standard required. It was better value going to the Irish Pub Restraunt around the corner.

Service staff very good and efficient and hotel is very comfortable and inviting. only issue was the fire alarm at 4.00 in the morning and none of the staff giving any feedback or apologies for the interupted sleep. An explanation would have been good as to why we had to stand out in the cold for an hour

Great hotel in a good position for short stay. Noisy at night as right on road. Light from hotel entry shines in the room. Great breakfast. Had dinner in restaurant one night and food was fantastic. Carpets need serious attention, particularly in hallways.

A good honest hotel with friendly staff. Rooms always clean. Only issue was unable to have a beer by the swimming pool on a hot day due to their licence arrangements - this needs to be changed

We really enjoyed our visit. Teresa at reception was particularly helpful. Beds were comfortable and as requested. I miss a bath, however the shower is good. The food was very appetising in a relaxed setting. A better experience than Dome. Wine took a while to cool - at least it wasn't too cold. Don't miss the full breakfast. We ate lots!The view to the hills with blue sky, red earth, jacarandas and mine tower never fails to engage.
