"What a great hotel"

This hotel is without doubt one of the nicest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in.The staff from reception to housemaids were supurb in service nothing was to much trouble for them.The location is perfect close to good value western style bars and food, walking distance to the major shopping complex.The decour is loverly the rooms very spacious and clean.I would like to thank the staff for making my stay so enjoyable, I intended to stay 3 nights but stayed for 6.

Beautiful hotel, but service isn't what it used to be!But anyhow, always nice to stay at the Pullman in Khon Kaen!

"Great hotel, great stay"

I always enjoy my stays at the Pullman, the standard and quality of the hotel, the accommodation and available facilities are hard to beat. Check in was smooth, the large lobby area inviting and I was impressed by the availability of restaurants both in the main hotel and the "Underground" complex in the basement area that offers so much in the way of food and entertainment. The hotels microbrewery is especially welcome. The rooms are finished to a high standard and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is most pleasing. I can't wait to return

"Check-in & Concierge"

1. Wait for check-in about 15 minutes because their was one foreigner had problem with his booking.2. Concierge was not willing to give assitance to call a taxi for customer.3. Dinner quality is already improve from the last few years.

Have stayed at Pullman khn Kaen many times. Before it was named Sofitel. Since they changed the name, everything in the hotel has gone downhill. When i checked in this time, the room wasn't ready. I stayed with my wife and our 2 years ld daughter. When I kindly told the lady in the reception to make sure that we have 3 towels in the room she answered that if i want 1 extra towel it will cost 50 baht extra. I asked why and the answer was that this is how we do now. I told her to check my prepaid booking and see how many people was boked in our room and the answer was 2 adult and 1 child. Then I asked again, why do I have to pay 50 extra for a towel when I booked 3 people in the room. After calling someone she said ok, I can have the extra towel free. When i entered the room and checked the amount of towels there was only 2. I had t call the reception again before I got the extra towel. Before when the name was Sofitel, they fixed anything without problem. It's a shame because this was the best hotel in Isaan ( northeastern Thailand ). Would i stay here again, I'm not sure anymore, and that's because the lack of service. By the way,the towels where very old and worned out.

The staff are very polite, friendly, helpful, and very attentive to your needs, the breakfast nothing short of a culinary delight, I believe; catering for all. the building entrance is grand and the room was very comfortable with views of the city. I travelled around by taxi, there are shopping centrers in short walking distance, coffee shops, hairdressers, make up artiste, clothing, electrical, banks and excellent eateries.

"Must be one of the best value Pullman's anywhere"

Great hotel, no complaints. Bought a two night package including breakfast, food and drink voucher, and wi-fi in room. The breakfast buffet was only out classed by the dinner buffet, the food at this hotel is great. Large and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom and amenities. Would stay here again.

"Good hotel"

Pullman is practically only one world-class hotel in the area. We stayed in the suite, which was specious and well furnished. You can expect approximately the same level of service offered at other Mercure or Sofitel hotels. Staff are friendly and they understand English well. Restaurants offer a good quality of buffet at a reasonable price (800THB or 300USD). Free-wifi is offered in rooms. Within a walking distance there are some convenience stores and markets. You can use a hotel shuttle from the hotel to the airport (80THB or so). One pity thing for me is that the flowers in the lobby and the rooms are all artificial. Using natural tropical flowers as a decoration will make the hotel seem more like a resort hotel.

Couldn't be friendlier nor more helpful - nothing a problem, excellent rooms and fully equipped. Everything works. High standard. Can not fault it. Good house beer and great eating. Centrally located and easy walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants.
