"It was pretty good."
30th June 2012, Prague, Czech Republic
The location makes this hotel good value for your money. It is less than 2 blocks from a metro station which makes access to all of the good sites in Paris pretty easy. For Paris, the hotel is is reasonable priced, but anywhere else it would be expensive. The desk staff were great, but the facilities are a little worn and aging. There were some odors in the room the first night that made the stay a little less enjoyable. The second night was better - but we kept the windows open to help. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

Very close to underground but the creaking kitchen door will wake you up from 6.30 am if you are on the first floor!

I liked the hotel and the staff was also curteous and smiling. The only problem I faced was that the exhaust fan of the toilet was not working and the toilet door was not getting locked. But that may not happen with other rooms, so overall experience was good. Vicinity of the metro station was a big plus point for this hotel. On top of that, the breakfast was the best !I will always recommend this hotel to my friends.

"Nice and Clean, with easy access"

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was a good stay. The staffs were very helpful and can speak English very well. I don't have any problems while I was staying there. It is located very close to Metro station (about 200 meters), to take you to Paris CBD. The room is a bit small though, but will recommend people to stay. Great for solo and couple travellers.

This is a hotel located at the border of metro zone 1 & 2 area. Unless you are planning to stay inside the city and walk around the city area for your whole trip, this hotel would be highly recommended with its location just less than 5 minutes walk from the metro Malakoff station and less than 20 minutes from the Paris city by metro. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, there is a supermarket and some restaurant nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel again but will never book the continental breakfast which cost 7.50EUR, the choices of the breakfast is limited which I would rather spend lesser for the breakfast in McDonald or any bakery near by.Overall, I am very happy with my 3 nites stay in this hotel.
