ibis Montauban: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Restaurant"

Everything about the Hotel was typically OK for IBIS, but having no restaurant open on Friday and Saturday evening showed poor management. Further, Saturday afternoon, saw the arrival of a visiting Rugby team, who completely filled the bar/Lounge area while watching a Rugby match on the Television This made it impossibly difficult to relax in a quiet area due to the lack of seating.

As we were travelling from the south of Spain Montauban was a half way point of the journey. I found the hotel convenient from the motorway and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I appreciated this as we were very tired and were ready for a meal and comffortable clean bed. This we got. I will stop there again if we travel overland again.

ibis Montauban: 4.0 out of 5 stars "New Bedrooms Are Great"

We have stayed at this Ibis many times but on this ocassion in one of the 'new' bedrooms. These are tastefully decorated and feature a proper shower and not a bath. The restaurant offers a good choice of food and very friendly service.
