Everything here met my expectations for a business hotel. Clean, efficient, good location, reasonable value (considering how expensive Perth hotels can be). My one complaint was the quality of the room service food which was, frankly, quite poor. I found much of it inedible, actually. Considering the price of room service menus, it was really not up to scratch and if not for this I would have given my stay a higher overall rating. The one saving grace is that the hotel is right next door to an Irish pub that serves a decent if basic menu.

Paying for parking was crap, if I wanted to pay for parking I expect valet to park my car not myself and the price of parking was way too high. We have stayed here before and did not have to pay for parking. No robes or slippers in the rooms was dissapointing.

We recently enjoyed our 4 night stay in a standard room which met to our expectations. The service was exceptional and could not fault anything. The room was spacious enough considering we only slept there. We ate at the hotel as we were able to get a discount in dining as we were accor members, the food was of a high standard, very fresh and tasty. Location was excellent, walking distance to Barrack street jetty, the mall and public transport. Overall we were very pleased and would certainly stay there next time we are in Perth.

We had a great stay, location was very good and service was friendly and prompt. However staff were unable to inform us about location and transport to Subiaco, where the football game we were there to see was.

Fantastic location in Perth's CBD. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Public transport is literally at the the front door and it's free within the CBD. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much for them. I would definitely stay here again.

"weekend in the city"

we booked a room with two double beds but when we checked in there was only one large bed (king or queen) other that this small oversight all was very good

Clean hotel. Great location and great service with a smile. I booed ina second time and received a complimentary bottle of wine, excellent taste. Order room service and the food was of highest quality. Allowed me to book in earlier - actually found me a room - excellent service.

"Recovery stay"

I stayed in this hotel for a week after surgery in a Perth Hospital. Had a nice stay with very nice staff who were always very helpful. Breakfast was included, but if it wasnt I dont think I would have eaten here, it wasnt very nice for 7 days running, also it wasnt warm, and plates were cold so theres no chance of it staying warm. Must say I loved the coffee machine though. The dinner menu was limited. The rooms are a little dated and small, it would be nice to open a window. Apart from that, it was great to have a laundry to do my washing and is a short walk to the cbd and the free bus service. I recovered nicely without any disturbances and would stay again.

Look out for all the new wine bars and tappas bars, an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. walk down to the Bell tower and catch a ferry to South Perth for some great food.

The bath rooms are tired. The room rates are overpriced and it is annoying when trying to make a booking the rates vary from day to day. As an advantage plus member I formed the opinion I was expected to book expensive rooms to get a discount. Level 9 is designated Advantage but it would not worry me if I was on another floor if it meant the rate was cheaper. It is also annoying to have to pay for parking on top of the need to hire a car at the airport. I would only recommend the hotel because of its location.

Our stay in your hotel was a great experience. The staff were very attentive and after seeing the size of my entourage, decided to upgrade us to the suite. That really made the overnight stay so much more comfortable and everyone had an excellent night sleep. The service rendered at the check in and concierge was excellent. The location of the hotel was convenient enough for us to go shopping. The rooms were comfortable and made us felt so much at home.

Bed linen smelt (not sure if it was the spare pillow or the rest of the bedding or both). Rust in the bath at plug , grout missing & moldy.Arrived after 12 midnight went to room, entry card not working - went back to reception to get it re-cut. Decor worn & tired. Wouldn't pay $150 for this room again , never mind the $300+ that I did this time.No power at bedside, had to move bed to plug my phone in.Lifted soap off dish on shower wall, immediately swung downwards.Called for a steam iron (note to all hotels - non steam irons , not acceptable for business travelers). After 20 minutes rang down again, eventually came , but late to meeting because of this!Wake up Novotel Perth - you have an obligation to provide value - not just exploit an overheated Perth market.

Good room and amenities, clean, efficient check-in and check-out. Gym had small amount of equipment but well maintained.Room service dinner first night was very disappointing - more than 10 minutes of continued calls to place order, took nearly an hour to arrive, then sparkling wine was warm and food cool> seemed as though it had been prepared quickly and left to sit for some time. Room service second night was better experience, but still not what you'd expect.Concierge would not book a taxi; rather directed you across the road to a lengthy queue at the taxi rank. Spoke to the cabbie who was waiting more than 2 hours for work.When you pay more than $600 per night you expect a better level of experience

This is the first time we have stayed at the Novotel Langley Perth, we usually stay elsewhere, we were very impressed with the Novetel and will definitely stay there again.

Room was excellant a nice bed, clean and decor was lovely, Service was first class , Location was in the city taxis avalable any time choice of pubs and walk into city for entertainment or you can stay in the Novotel lounge and have an enjoyable evening.The Hotel has a lovely feeling about it the only problem is the parking but apart from that a great Hotel.
