Good value for money. Clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate you if needs be. The hotel restaurant is not bad. If you do not have a car, it's a 45min walk from downtown (train station). There is a bus stop not far that can take you downtown, but it's not running very often on the weekends and ends somwhat early.

Plenty of parking and convenient to the motorway.Restaurant serves lovely food at a reasonable price.Rooms were perfectly adequate but could have been bigger.We were particularly please that within minutes of booking 2 rooms by internet we were asked whether we wanted doubles or twins and very quickly were allocated 1 of each side by side.

Hotel was fine for theprice. Staff however were exceptional. They tolerated my stuttering French and were charming and helpful.Public transport into Centre Ville was great.Restaurant was adequate for the price and definitely convenient. Breakfast was again adequate.All round a good experience.

This was the perfect stopover enroute to Val Thorens meaning we had a short drive the next morning after travelling from the UK. The staff were welcoming and a glass of vin chaud on arrival. One point however is that we took an hour to find the hotel (no sat nav) after arriving in Annecy as the directions on the website were not that clear - We were driving down the D1508/3508 ....
