hotel was clean, staff very helpful and spoke very good english, good night sleep, my only complaint was no tea or coffee facilaties in the room, having a safe key was good for a first time traveller in germany. fitnees was no to big but was ok. air conditioning in the room would be helpful tyey get very hot in the summer. the bed quilts where a funny size single for a double room

Services - below normal (one bottle for 2 persons a aday?)Mini Bar - You mislead the visitors with the bevergies outside the refrigirator ( I thougt that it is free of charge and I was charge for that ).
