"Could try harder"

Well it was dissapointing considering the Brand and the price. Access difficult, no porter to meet us, long checkin, dirty room - hairs in bathroom and my wife cleaned the whole bathroom herself before use. Housekeeping confusion and room service slow.Saving grace - buffet breakfast was really excellent. However spoilt by food on the floor under tables, staff ignored this whenpointed out and spent all the time chatting in the corner. This no more coffee!It all feels like a management problem. Completely off brand with no effort. Could be excellent with the right attitude. I would stay somewhere else next time.

"hotel near the bangkok exhibition centre BITEC"

This hotel was chosen as it was between airport and BITEC the exhibition centre in Bangkok.. Was concerned that maybe taxis would be hard to come by at peak times (no other easy means of transport), but in the end no problem. The hotel is what it is. A solid mid range hotel if one wants to avoid going into the ciity centre.

This hotel is excellent value. The staff are excellent - courteous, respectful and attentive. The services and restaurants are very good. I recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the bangna area.

Pro'sThe Bell Cap was very nice and promptly handled my luggage. Check-in went smoothly.Room was clean and comfortable. Obtaining transportation to the airport was handledwell.Con'sI called and asked for a wake-up call, which I DID NOT Receive! It was fortunate thatI set the alarm on the clock in the room or I would have missed my flight to Tokyo.

"It s always like feeling home"

Good place to stay, far away from the city, that's nice and business wise good place, restaurant and bar good.Close to the aiport about 20 minutes, good management , Only negative point is the room key, which is not working sometimes very well

"Review of Novotel Bangna"

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past year because it is ideally located close to friends and family. The hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The service is always excellent and the staff very attentive. The restaurants are also quite good. The only issue this hotel has for the leisure traveler is the location. Bangna is a suburb of Bangkok and it is not really easy to use this location as a departure point for seeing the city. However, for business or if holiday travel requires a stay in Bangna, Novotel is an excellent choice.

the Novotel Bangna is a good place for stay in bussiness trip. the place near from the exhibition, near from airport svarnabumi, and near to shopping center. verry nice place and comfortable place for business trip. saving transportation cost.

"Travelling for business"

This hotel is excellent when visiting Bangkok for business. The rooms are tight and clean. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is superb. The only problem I see is that it is not close to central Bangkok and a bit far from the city's main attraction points.

I booked superior room which is about 20% more expensive than standard room, but there is no different at all between superior room and standard room. (I normally stayed at the hotel with standard room).

Excellent Hotel very polite and prompt service. Had some issues with internet in the room but everything else was excellent. A little difficult to get into Bangkok during rush hour, but very easy to get to the airport. The bed and pillow choice was excellent super comfortable.
