"One night in Bangkok"

Room size was very small for a family room, basically the same as any other room in the hotel with 1 double and 1 single bed instead of twin beds or a king but for quite a bot more money!Room states for 2 adults and 2 children, but unless you top and tail them I do not see how it works!

"Delivered what it advertised"

Arriving after midnight, I was looking for something between the airport an the city. Bangna was the answer. A reasonable taxi ride from the airport brought me to a swift checkin and then straight off to sleep. The next morning I was in another taxi and on my way to the city.

Due to some mis understanding we chose this hotel. its far out.. for any touristy things to do, however, The rooms were great, we were given a 2nd kids room at 50%, excellent breakfast spread... very close to a "Jiffy" store to pick up some stuff for the kids. The Hotel has a great Chinese and a Japanese eatery. The Hotel is dated and it shows, we had clean rooms, but they were not modern. Staff spoke excellent english, and was very helpful!

"Bad Hotel"

the rooms are old and after taking a bath the bathroom was under water.The sewers must be very old.The swimmingpool was to cold for swimming and there was no service.We went to a waterpark.The breakfast was ok .This is not 4star hotel . Perhaps a 3 star.it was very disappointing.Six weeks ago we had a fantastic time in Novotel at Plonchit.This was a real 4-5 star hotel.

"Great value"

For the price charged ($87 US per night), I thought the hotel was great. This is a high rise hotel of approximately 20 floors located in the Bangna district, within 15 minutes of the airport in Bangkok. The pool was located outside and was very large and clean, with very little use. The exercise room had plenty of equipment, the attendant was very friendly, and I was the only one using it the 3 times I used it. I did not eat in the restaurants but the room service was very good, with the food being delicious and arrived promptly. The hotel employees were very friendly, especially the front desk and reception areas. Although not a Ritz Carlton, for the price you will get good amenities.

We have stayed at 4 Novotel hotels in the Bangkok area over the past year. Novotel Bangkok Bangna ranks as the best of the Novotel offerings. The hotel promotes itself as a "mid-scale hotel for business or family travellers" but this seems to really understate the offering.We found the service level in all areas to compete with the best in Bangkok and the food offering to be significantly better than most hotels in the same price range - both in the restaurent and in room service.The hotel is easy to find and the access is easy.We would certainly stay again if we need to stay in that area.

Arrived late. Reception very busy booking many people in for a conference - not always like this. Saw I was tired, fast tracked me to an upgraded room. Complimentary hand made chocolates and fruit bowl. Couldn't have done any more to help me. Excellent service and Excellent value.

"Could try harder"

Well it was dissapointing considering the Brand and the price. Access difficult, no porter to meet us, long checkin, dirty room - hairs in bathroom and my wife cleaned the whole bathroom herself before use. Housekeeping confusion and room service slow.Saving grace - buffet breakfast was really excellent. However spoilt by food on the floor under tables, staff ignored this whenpointed out and spent all the time chatting in the corner. This no more coffee!It all feels like a management problem. Completely off brand with no effort. Could be excellent with the right attitude. I would stay somewhere else next time.

"hotel near the bangkok exhibition centre BITEC"

This hotel was chosen as it was between airport and BITEC the exhibition centre in Bangkok.. Was concerned that maybe taxis would be hard to come by at peak times (no other easy means of transport), but in the end no problem. The hotel is what it is. A solid mid range hotel if one wants to avoid going into the ciity centre.

This hotel is excellent value. The staff are excellent - courteous, respectful and attentive. The services and restaurants are very good. I recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the bangna area.

Pro'sThe Bell Cap was very nice and promptly handled my luggage. Check-in went smoothly.Room was clean and comfortable. Obtaining transportation to the airport was handledwell.Con'sI called and asked for a wake-up call, which I DID NOT Receive! It was fortunate thatI set the alarm on the clock in the room or I would have missed my flight to Tokyo.

"It s always like feeling home"

Good place to stay, far away from the city, that's nice and business wise good place, restaurant and bar good.Close to the aiport about 20 minutes, good management , Only negative point is the room key, which is not working sometimes very well
