The hotel is strategically located in a prime area and easy access.The room is clean, efficient but a little bit small.The check in procedure is quite effective, and the receptionist is helpful.The coffee shop is too small, and food variety need to be improved

Always consistent and the hotel is especially convenient to and from the airport. Previously I used to stay in hotels in the city center but after missing a few flights because of the traffic congestion in the city this hotel is a good choice.

I have quite bad experience on my last stay. The person who handle me in the check-in counter (receptionist) quite impolite both in gesture and in the way she speak to the customer. Then I decided to talk to manager on duty on that day, and thanks to her (ibu Lenny?) who can give the effective and in a good respond to handle my complaint.F & B were still good as always, but I found the attitude and the gesture of the staff quite declining recently. You are working in the hospitality business so please be more warmth to your guest.
