As Novotel go it’s a bit tired. The aircon was lacking but not as lacking as the service in the bar. If you’re going to have a centralised three sided bar at least have your bar staff trained to service all three sides. A pointless gimmick that doesn’t work because I expect my server to be on point when my glass is empty not for me to have to either seek them out or wait patiently. Worst nights sleep ever in an Accor hotel. Mattress was uncomfortable and hot. 1/5 stars don’t use this I wish I’d booked the ibis styles across the road that probably has more soul.
