"good location & service"

Ibis Arcadia which is located in Menteng is definitely a good location for someone like me who jumped from one office building to another during day time. Staffs at business center is definitely helping me a lot with my work. Only no scanner is provided. Overall stay as solo female traveler, I am very much helped by staffs and the room upgrade from membership is definitely worth it.

The close proximity of this hotel to Menteng, Sarinah and Bundaran HI has been the most appealing quality to me. The room was quite cozy; sufficiently well-equiped with the basic amenities and international channel cable TV. I should mention that the coffee during the breakfast was surprisingly great.

No good attitude from hotel staff. When I check in, one foreigner also check in. The staff offer the foreigner welcome drink but didn't offer me welcome drink, why?Please give same service to everybody, local or foreigner.

The room that Iv'e stayed in is clean, neat and tidy. Wifi is chargeable. There's no facilities like swimming pool or gym. A walk to the major shopping centres would take approx 15 mins or a 5 mins taxi ride that should cost below IDR 34,500 depending on traffic.

good ratio quality/price, clean rooms, nice staff, food is correct but slow internet connection, missing some tour guide for jakarta and some information about what things you can do around the hotel.

I stayed 2 nights in the IBIS Arcadia and not having visited Jakarta was glad I did. It is within walking distance of the Monas and Merdeka which are the heart of the city. It is 10mins taxi from Gambir station to get the train down south. The street had plenty of eateries and a modern shopping complex nearby with the usual international eating brands so there is something for everybody. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and kept me going till the evening. The friendly attitude of the staff was evident from the doorman to reception and room service. I enjoyed my stay. The following week I stayed at the Luxe Hotel opposite and wished I was back in the IBIS Arcadia.

great location, close to shopping centres and very easily accessible. staff very helpful and friendly as in all accor hotels. only negative side is high price of breakfast. nice mini bar and comfortable bed. i would definitely recommend this hotel highly to anyone. i have been to jakarta three times and every time i have stayed at arcadia hotel. thanks to all of you there, hope to see you very soon!!!

The Arcadia is very close to the Hotel Indonesia roundabout, kind of the geographic heart of Jakara. There is an abundance of dining options on Jalan Hasyim Wahid and Jalan Jaksa and in Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.The Hotel Staff are all very friendly and provide a good level of service. The rooms are a bit small, especially the bathrooms but not out of step with what is typical with Ibis Hotel, still good value I think.However, the water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. I forget to mention it on check-out but I am sure they would have dealt to it promptly if I had mentioned it.
