We enjoyed our room. It was newly renovated. The breakfast is so-so, not very diverse. As silver member we were supposed to have a welcoming drink that the staff did not even mentioned about. I miss the Asian resort welcoming staff that I do not really see in Europe, unfortunately. I believe that it is not much to ask to add a smile on your face, especially if you work in the hospitality industry.

If a Hotel is not renovated, furniture shows usage and floor is old ok. But even old floors can be cleaned every day with a vacuum cleaner and once in a while also wet. But there was everywhere dust in the corners of the room. Awful and a smell of old dust in the room. And on top black hairs in the bathroom, even on the door inside. Sorry, but please become more professional in house keeping! Positive: your bar team at this night! Maximally guest friendly!

We had a pleasant stay starting with an upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was confortable and the service and food is good. A couple of suggestions - The piano in the entrance hall is not a playgroung for children who are not supervised by their parents, or poorly educated! The restaurant is way to small for all the people serving breakfast in the morning. Waited for 25' in the line to have a free table Best regards, Adrian N.

Good facility, very kindly held onto a lost plushie of my daughter's until we could return a few days later. Parking garage is a little tight.
