Location, room, service - all super fine. But billing was a difficult. In advance an assumption of cost from my company was required. But when checking-out they asked me and my colleague to provide a credit card for the charge. But our company got also a bill by post, on top. Very confusing and extra work for us to sort it out afterwards.

The staff is amazing, very nice and friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, location is great and - we stayed over easter break - everyone got a cute easter-chocolate in front of their rooms - really thoughtful!!
