We had no complaints at the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It’s located centrally with great connectivity. Room were clean and tidy.

Good location and spacious suite

As a Limitless member of Accor, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade to a suite room. We had stayed for 10 nights. We like the suite because it was reasonably contemporary, cosy and spacious. The suite is facing the inner courtyard and so it was quiet which met our needs. Thanks for the free soft drinks from the mini bar. Recommendations: The bathtub could have come with shower curtain and the shower cubicle could have come with glass door, to prevent water from splashing out. The sofa bed isn’t that comfortable though, pls do something about it. The breakfast was ok and can be improved with more selections. Please remove the colorful art works that hanged on the walls in the breakfast and coffee areas. These art works are not compatible with the original design inside the historical building. In general, the hotel teams were professional even though some of them were not very attentive. There were quite a few junior staff in the hotel which I think they need more training about customer services. No problem with senior staff.

Hotel in the Pest area.

Salmc Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room was hot, when we asked for a blanket instead of the doona they didn't have any, so they gave us extra sheets. Breakfast was very limited for gluten free, there was bread which could be toasted but the scrambled eggs looked greasy, not appetising. We would give this hotel 3.5 stars not 4.

Most atrocious service, ever

Absolutely atrocious. It calls itself a 4 star hotel, advertises air conditioning on its own website, advertises room service (or just food) until 2300 and both of the above are false advertising. No air con available despite unseasonally warm weather. Kitchen closes at 2130 and the sole staff member manning the bar/gallery restaurant doesn’t care. Reception staff are nonchalant, shrugging in response to most issues and management probably cares even less. Don’t bother staying here, ever. Budapest is a beautiful city, but these people are single handedly ruining its reputation and bring embarrassment to its nation

The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly and we enjoyed the location, not being right in the centre of everything. The room was small and very hot and the fan was too noisy to have on in the evening.
