"Excellent hotel"

We recently stayed 1 night at the hotel and cannot fault the service which was the best I personally have experienced for several years staying at hotels in Europe. We really appreciated the free shuttle bus which collected us/dropped us at the airport and also took us into/back from the town centre. The staff on Reception spoke excellent English and were very helpful and efficient and all staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and the hotel pool is stunning, with incredible views over the town. The only downside was we booked standard rooms and they did smell very strongly of cigarettes. However, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotless.
"Stopover destination"

We recently haved stayed at this hotel 3 times as a stopover for other destinations. We found the service and accommodation very satisfactory and clean.The only thing I could suggest you do is to accommodate for the english speaking tourists with some english tv. I know your main clientele are french so what you could do is provide a dvd player with english dvd's as an option for us to watch a movie.Very enjoyable stay and thank you very much.
