Having never been to Coimbra, I was delighted with its location in relation to visitor sites and restaurants. This latter - not too close and not too far. Breakfast selection was very good too

The staff was very professional, courtesy, and helpful. The room was nice and, most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel, while in the historic area, is quiet and a short walk to some of the most important sites as well as commercial and government offices (my primary purpose for the visit). The hotel also is across the street from the river and a nice park; I had a great view of the park and river from my room. Will stay again during next visit.
