It was disappointing that the toiletries had changed, was expecting a shower cap and a normal cup of tea. The room was beautifully appointed. Can't wait to see the place when all of the renovations are completed.

Staff were all very helpful. We would like to give a special mention about one of your breakfast staff LILY. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. She always had a smile on her face and was very polite and courteous to not only us but to other patrons as well. We can't wait to visit you again.

I arrived as a walk in after driving for three hours and was greeted warmly by staff who gave me an upgrade to a beautiful room. Bed was extremely comfortable and I had a restful nights sleep. Thank you 🙏

I had to remake our bed because sheets could not to be tucked in, which meant we were sleeping on the mattress cover! We could not regulate shower temperature. I complained at breakfast very disappointed to see staff packing up while people were still eating. We payed a lot of money for breakfast!! To be rushed was disgraceful. I heard staff say we will give then 1 minute. Lovely view, very uncomfortable chairs to sit and enjoy it. We have stayed many times at this hotel. Parking is too expensive.
