Good location, parking cost a little too expensive

Disappointing to see cars damaged that were parked on the street outside the hotel, despite the hotel having significant CCTV and security measures. Parking on-site could be cheaper and security measures outside might need reconsideration.

The Novotel team was excellent. They helped with wheelchair mobility issues, housekeeping was excellent, food delicious and well presented. Everyone worked so well- a happy “family”. A great team spirit amongst everyone there.
