"Nice Hotel with friendly staff"

A very nice hotel with good location. I liked the rooms with simple but smart furniture, modern TV with many programs and clean WC. Sleeping is comfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement, as dust can be seen in hidden areas and at the corners. Smell is present in the corridors. Room service needs some improvement. Free wi fi service is available in lobby area only. I would like to have it available in rooms with passwords retrieved from the reception desk as in Ibis Praha. The best is the friendly attitude of the staff and their readiness to help.
"Reasonable value but poor quality control"

Room value good but Business Package (breakfast + internet) very poor. Breakfast quality constituted very tired, cold and tasteless eggs at 9:30am and empty buffet bowl of muesli. No attendant monitoring buffet table. Few minutes later buffet bowl of muesli and buffet presentation of scrambled eggs removed and replaced by nothing. Paid for Business Package again two days later and came to buffet at 9am. Situation the same.
"If basis is enough"

If basis requirements are what you have, this hotel is great. The hotel is a little far from the centre of Hannover, but transport is easy bu bus/train/taxi. Staff is very nice. The roomss are typical Ibis and thus quite simple but sufficient if you just need a bet and a shower.
