We had a great time on Easter Weekend, swimming twice a day with my daughter and taking advantage of the egg hunt for kids. The room was quite small but nice, with a view of the cathedral. The double door ensured the room stayed quiet at night. Breakfast was good but expensive. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a free one. In terms of criticisms, the was no place to hang coats, and only one towel hanger in the bathroom (they encourage people to hang towels for ecological reasons, but this is hard to do if there's no place to hang them!). The bathroom door was really scratched up. There was literally one Kleenex in the box. There was hardly any shampoo in the dispenser and we ran out after the first shower. The soap dispenser for washing hands is so high my spouse could barely reach it, and my daughter could not properly wash her hands on her own as a result.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly but there were no vegan options for dinner and we stayed for 4 days in the city and the hotel was the only place that fitted into our meeting plan. So it was disappointing to have almost no options at dinner and very limited for breakfast
