"Room was dingy type with least facilities"

We selected it as alast minute choice due to non availability of rooms in any hotel near Central station,

50 meters of the train station and the old town, but rooms and building seem old. Services worked OK, but I´ve seen better in other Ibis. Shower with plastic curtains. Work Station with no seat, and you may walk a bit to reach your room.

Returned to Nurenberg City Ibis Hotel following a brief stay there in October I will be returning in June. Great location and excellent service from a very friendly and heplpful team.
"Reasonable budget hotel with proximity to central station / bike rental"

Best for budget conscious leisure traveler. Walking distance to central station. 100 M to bike rental. Even ADAC was just 1 KM away. I picked up Austria vignette from there. All the important sights where nearby walking distance. Used the bike for the Nuremberg court (where trials were held) and Hitler's rally ground (don't miss this).

Great location. Short walking distance from main rail station and the the rest of the 'old' city. No noise problems. I would compare to a UK Travelodge standard......All you need without the expensive frills.

There is a need to provide internet services without any charges...Breakfast should be included...complimentary bottled water should be provided on daily basis...cost to be standardised if booked well in advance and not as per the exhibition dates...Overall a good hotel...

The hotel was fine - I only feel room rates are adjusted to excebitions at the Messe.The room was fine and clean ... I like the fact that you offer non smoking rooms. The towels smelled when you use them, and I don't care much for the soap supplied in the shower.

Very good location, just in the very center of the old city, walking distance to many good restaurants. Employers very friendly just that there is no room service or any kind of meals after 6pm outside of fairy seasons. so make sure u eat well in the typical and rustical german restaurants like f.ex. Roeslein !!!!!!!

I reserved rooms in advance with my Silver A-Club card which originally contains my request for non-smoking rooms. It has not been considered this time - they said the hotel was full - and we got rooms stinking smoke. They did not want to change the rooms which caused me disappointment.

A stay here is definetively worth its price. Central City location, rooms not fancy but very ok for a businesstrip. Beds get an A+ from me. Only minus: I took a smokers room - this is inadviseable, as - quite honestly - it was stinking. If you avoid a smokers room this hotel is very recommendable.

Nuernberg is interesting town for turist. Hotel is good situated near of historical centre and price on weekend is pleasent.
