Nice location with direct access to the shopping pedestrian street Nanning Road. Frankly I expected better room’s arrangement from a hotel of this category and price. Old furniture, poor maintenance. It's time to renew.

We had a great time in shanghai and the strategic location of the hotel had a lot to do with it.Worth paying for for the Club rooms with access to the lounge as the food was excellent at breakfast and also "happy hour" and the staff most attentive.Staff at all sections of the hotel were good. The wifi system was very patchy and went in and out all the time.
