We were so impressed with the service we received from the moment we booked, were able to make pre-payment, and during our actual stay. We really appreciated the team's fluency in English, their recommendations for dining options, their flexibility in allowing us to use the dining area (so we could eat together as a family), and taking care of our suitcases after we checked out. The rooms were of a high standard and very clean, making us very comfortable during our stay.

It was a lovely stay!! The room is sufficient, basic but clean and they had a kettle and a fridge so that was great! The view is worth it all!! We had a view of the Eiffel Tower
