"First time back at a Mercure"

First time back at a Mercure since an AWFUL stay in one of their hotels in Paris. Just what I expect - clean, comfortable and well appointed. WiFi didn't work on the evening of arrival - but it was free so you get what you pay for! It worked the next morning though. It is worth looking out for the packages which include breakfast, otherwise it is far too expensive!

Hotel was fine, staff fine , english spoken, my requests and wishes a propos room was respected- I apreciate this.Nice location near park, room was huge ( good for yaga people-a lot of space also once can make jogging in a park which is by the hotel.Coffe, tea facielities in a room, room was acustic you can hear a next guest who is opening minibar !!poor quqlity of the towels,carpets needs to be cleaned or change ( in a room aswellas coridor) Very nice posibility to look at internet and print if any need-at the lobby,right to elevator,Becarefure for taxies in front of thehotel - total ripp off - guy wanted to charged me 20 euros for getting into train station( i refused and said to call police :) as the day before i payed from this place 10 euros.Is better to order taxi by phone - to ask reception I think.Apart of this not nice accent I survived and all was fine>:)
