"Nice place to stay"

Great location and very near the main attraction, shops and restaurants.Good size room bright and airyWe didn't use the services provided by the hotel like the restaurant for breakfast and dining as it was dearer than places around the hotel. You can get an excelent breakfast for less than half of the price charged at the hotel at the backery in front of the hotel.It was also cheaper to use the internet booster from my mobile phone (cel phone) than using the hotel service. Very dear!For the price charged could have better quality pillows and spare ones too! But the bed and and general cleanliness were very good althought there was a black stain on the carpet in the room I stayed.

The wifi was not available in the hotel for free of charge. It is fine, but it was supposed to be mentioned in accordhotel.com. It was not a good experience in using the internet in lobby. I could have been better, if the personal laptops can be connected to the wifi from the lobby(in free of charge like in IBIS heidelberg))
"No extra, but very good situated"

This is a standard Ibis hotel, exellently situated on a pedestral shopping street, 10 minutes walk from Residence and Old Masters Gallery. The room was vey clean. Parking on the back of the hotel costs 6 euro per 24 hours. No free WiFi or internet, brekfast also overpriced, but there is a lot of coffe-shops in the street.

Really liked Dresden. Very nice city and interesting too. Highly recommended city to vist for a couple of days.The hotel is placed in a great location near shops and main train station. The walk to the main sights is only 5 minutes. Nearby trams can take you easily to anywhere in Dresden.For a night out take the 7 tram up to north Neustadt , Aluaunstrasewhere there are lots of alternative bars and restaurants including nice beer gardens.OK as for the hotel, there are three identical IBIS hotels built within 500 meters. The one I stayed at unfortunatey had staff that were not nice. On my last day the room had not been cleaned and after telephoning reception nothing happened for 15 minutes. I went down to reception and three staff denied a call ever took place place. I told them that someone was lying and eventually they admitted having the call and had forgotten about it. This is VERY untypical of IBIS as I use that chain of hotels frequently all over the place. Normally the customer service is very good but NOT at this particular hotel.Lets hope it was a one-off. Therefore I can only give a limited recommendation to this hotel. I suggest you stay at either of the two IBIS hotels (literally one minute walk away) Go to Dresden though its a top place.
