Hotel is in the near town center area; rooms were ok, but I expected a little more luxury (my mistake); Nice inn keeper and warm welcome; breakfast was ok; breakfast interior a little "boring".

It was a nice stay at one of the Accor chain. Staff were very friendly and everything was in place. I will consider this hotel when in Vienna next time.

No bulb in the desk lamp upon our arrival, AC control pannel quit the next day and they tryed to put 2 beers from the minibar on the invoice (which I did not drink). Other than that, girls at the reception desk were very helpfull when i needed some information about the Schneeberg railway, maintenance problems quickly resolved after notification. A bit of noise froom the street in the rooms but otherwise perfectly confortable

the location of the hotel (next to the river) is very good and i believe especiaslly during spring it would be much better. it is 5 minutes walk from the center. the hotel rooms are nice, clean and i concider that the value for money is excellent. the only unacceptable rule for me is that you have to pay 18 euros for internet. we are in 2011!!!!
