"Week getaway"

On arrival, the fan for the air conditioning was very noisy, they were able to move us quickly to another room. I had two other queries whilst I was there and the staff were very quick to respond. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was on the very outer of the CBD but very close to all amenities and transport.

"Affordable Getaway"

This hotel served our needs as there were 7 of us travelling. Overall cleanlines was pretty good and rooms furnished to our needs however, bathroom had mould on shower curtain rail. In terms of service we called reception 3 times only to have someone hang up on us and when my sister went downstairs as we were wanting wine glasses she was told to go get them herself from the dining room. On check out staff not engaging at all and it was about finalising the business transaction.

Travled from Perth for 3 nights. Stayed three in a room. Obviously recently refurbished. Clean. Good value. Close to Queen Victoia Markets, Will stay there again and will recommend to others traveling to Melbourne..

was amazing i wil be back for sure the service in the bar/resturant was fantastic as i had my 3 year old daughter with me they were so patient with us :)would of been nice to have a book for room service and a map of city with things to do but other than that it was great
