I stayed at this hotel before and other Novotels, Customer Services is what it stands out for other competitors and paying those £10-20 extra is really worthy, but this time the check in experience and the fact that the Sofa-Bed was not ready and when I say not ready I mean Not Bed Linen, Not Pillows, No nothing, when I call reception not even a apology and make me feel like I was wasting their time, when the housekeeping arrive to made the bed it was quite uncomfortable as the room isn't big enough, probably he felt uncomfortable as we were, although he was nice. All of this at night with a six year old very tired after a long day made things worst. I would love to extend myself but already gave them feedback and waiting to see if there is any answer on that. Breakfast good and nice facilities but..... These are the little things that make or break your opinion.

The hotel offered a great base if travelling to Legoland or Windsor castle. The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was superb. The only downside was having to pay to park in the hotel car park.

This is not the best novotel I have stayed in and I have stay in a few. The staff are really good and friendly and the room was good. The breakfast on the first day was cold so was the tea which was not served in a pot but stewed in a big pot then served in your mug. The next day I requested a pot (not unreasonable in a four star hotel ) which staff did do, but this was unfortunately tepid. Apart from the breakfast it was ok.

I've stayed at this location a few times now before flying from Heathrow. It is ideally located for either night before or on arrival before traveling on. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the rooms have everything you need and are comfortable and clean.
We arrived to find other peoples cases left in our so called ready room not safe in this day and age. Flat coke and soda at bar no ice and a wine and soda served in a pink glass for a lady? They also left a £303 pre charge on my credit card
