Would be great if you can select what room you want to stay in while reserving on the internet. I ended up paying for an upgraded room, although I only wanted a smoking one.The reception was not able to do anything upon checking in re any refund, so they opted to include a breakfast with the rate paid. even though I was leaving the second morning before the breakfast was open.

Good place to stay for bussiness trips, but I wont recommend for holidays. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good french food but the same menu throught the year so if you saty for long you might not want to eat the same dish again and again!!

"La Defense 5"

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and although the service was good (the free shuttle to the underground is a nice touch) I wish I could say the same about the room.First it was small. normal price is 217€ a night but rate of the day was around 150€ basically a lot of money for such a small room. This is not a big issue though as everything is laid out nicely.Secondly the Air Conditioning knob didn't seem to do anything and both night were quite hot.Last but not least the shower was useless: Very low pressure, Erratic changes in temperature and the wall fixture was broken.I know, I could have complained at the desk but I had very little time during that trip to deal with all that. I think people on business who pay good money for such a small room should at least expect a good working shower and Air Conditioning.

"very convenient for business trip around La Defense"

Quite good value for money.Good room service and reception.Shuttle bus service every 15' to La Defense metro station.A little far from center and not straight forward way to come from CDG airport (you need to take train, metro and shuttle bus).

I stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is close to my business facility in France. It was relaxing after a very business day. The hotel room was quiet enough to get a good sleep. An extensive breakfast was offered in the morning. It is good to plan enough time to enjoy the breakfast.

Rooms need refurbishment, bathrooms as well. Small rooms, ugly smell in the corridors and € 8,-- for a beer is not what I expected from a room priced like this. (€ 235,-- / night).An expensive room is accepted in La Defense, however cleanliness and a modern, clean interior is the minimum requirement.

Within easy walking distance of La Defense offices. Hotel of excellent standard having all amenaties expected of the brand. Services at the hotel are good, room service is very responsive and high quality meal arrived within 15 minutes.

This hotel is amazing! Great customer service, excellent rooms, comfortable and quiet, modern building...very relaxing place to stay. Slightly out of Paris, but the metro is easy to navigate, or taxi costs about $12 Euro. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good for making business in the La Defense area but do not expect high end.10 min walk from the CNIT. Free shuttle to La Defense.It is average value if you consider the location of the hotel.The service is very good: young and efficient staff.

Stayed with my family in two rooms. Located at business district, so had better not have any expectation for the entertainment nearby hotel. But some of restaurants are available, so it would be OK to stay for a couple of days. Exclusive parking is available, but a bit difficult to find how the garage door is opened. In general, it was nice to stay, and if you ask me to stay there once again, I can say yes - but reception was a bit slow to do something.
