Nice hotel, good location, good room cleaning service .

Dear Ms. C., We thank you for taking the time to complete our satisfaction survey and are delighted to read that you enjoyed the quality of cleaning in our rooms as well as our location. The pre-authorisation procedure is very common in hotels, it is an insurance for the establishment, especially in case of long stays. The amount of the pre-authorisation depends on the number of nights, bearing in mind that the longer the stay, the higher the amount: this sum will be used to cover any additional expenses (meals and purchases) you may have in the hotel. Please note that this sum is never deducted on arrival. Finally, regarding the wait at the Bar, depending on how busy it is there may be more or less of a wait and we apologise for this. Our teams do their best to meet customer expectations as quickly as possible, but sometimes this is not always possible. Friendly welcome especially with the madeleines which is a nice touch. Disse was a big help and very competent giving a personal service with nothing was too much trouble and always happy to help. The stay was very enjoyable with good food and I would definitely stay again.
