"felt like being in a factory"

This hotel has no soul and does not provide any service.Poor service all around. Waited 20 minutes to be served at the bar to no avail despite several members of staff being around. They probably deemed us as not interesting due to only being the two of us so decided not to bother serving us. The breakfast was poor as half of what should be on offer was empty, staff had no intention of replenishing the buffet as it was 9.30am. I felt I had to hurry my breakfast due to staff showing us they wanted to go. Also the ushured men in the worst part of the room and did not let us sit by the bay window.The car park is not free contrary to what is advertised on the website and it cost 13 euros a night.as a Favourite Guest card holder, I was not offered any freebie. Drink or gift.

The hotel is probably a little worse in general than most IBIS in France, a little bit older and worst taken care of. It is located in a business area so the area looks a little empty during the night time. We chose this hotel because in the accor reservation webpage it has the information that the parking was included for free, when we got there there was an underground parking with a fee per night, and around the hotel didn't feel safe for parking because, except for the front door area, the rest of it was dark and abandoned, with trash thrown....we parked in the underground parking and we explained in the check out that the reservation was made through a webpage that gave the information about its no cost, and they accepted the error and didn't charge us for it, so I must say that the response to this was perfect, they should fix the error to avoid this from happening again, but it was nice to see that this chain hotels give you the proper answer and asume the errors.
